High on Venus
High on Venus is a performance in which the artist has made two replicas of the Venus of Willendorf, a prehistoric fertility sculpture dated to approximately 28,000–25,000 BCE. Through performance, the ancient figure is placed under the heel of the artist. The work becomes a balancing act of the female body, examining how it is restricted in society and shaped by objectification and capitalism, linking prehistoric ideals of fertility to present-day forms of control, balance, and display.

Something in the Air/ Något i luften
It “Something in the air” describes a feeling that something is about to happen. How do we interpret images today? The phenomenon of pareidolia occurs when humans see shapes or figures in clouds, stumps, or stones—a “misreading” of what is seen. Can we even assume that an image tells the truth? Our imagination and the brain’s capacity to envision another reality become crucial if we want to imagine a different future.

I want to walk through the space like I am carrying grocery bags/ jag vill gå över platsen som om jag bär matkassar
How does it feel in the body when we move through different places? How does it affect our bodies? What is the experience of insecurity in a public space? I want to walk through the space as if I am carrying grocery bags, feeling my arms and shoulders balancing equilibrium. When I carry my bags, I feel a sense of presence, that the space is mine, and a tangible sense that I am on my way.
